How we collect your data

We collect your data either directly from you or through an intermediary tourism business that is selling you one of our tailor-made experience programs. We treat your personal data with the utmost care and take appropriate steps to protect it.

When we’ll share your data

We’ll only share your data with our employees and contractors who need to use it to personalise your experience and with our trusted suppliers of specialised services included within your experience, for example, suppliers of accommodation, travel and restaurant services, operators of historic buildings and places of interest and suppliers of excursions and other experiences.

You have various rights under European “GDPR” data protection laws (effective from from 25 May 2018) regarding your personal data, including seeing what personal data we use and requesting us to update or delete your information.
